The purpose of this is to make it easy for you to understand how and why we handle and how we protect your personal data. All information we collect is related to the provision of the service and its functions, all of which are aimed at personal and organizational development.

If you are a public servant in Sweden, the basis is instead that the treatment is necessary to perform a task of general interest. Only the information you choose to contribute and specifically authorize (see headings below) is based on your consent.

We process the data on behalf of the organization to which you belong. This means that we are a data processor and the organization you belong to is the data controller.

CONSENT

For the processing based on consent, you give it the first time you log in.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by going to your settings and withdrawing your consent. Then all your personal data will be deleted. Responses to questionnaires and surveys will be anonymised.

HOW WE HANDLE YOUR DATA

  • All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
  • All data is handled in an information-secure and encrypted manner in Sweden.
  • We do not disclose information to any other country or to any other actor or organisation that has nothing to do with the service. This is with the exception of whether we are obliged to do so, by law or government decision, in the case of, for example, a criminal investigation.
  • The data is stored as long as you are included as a user of the service and is automatically deleted no later than 12 months after you or the service is deregistered. Responses to questionnaires and surveys are anonymised in order to retain statistics.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to request access to and rectification or deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data. As a civil servant, you also have the right to object to the treatment carried out on the basis of general interest. A request is made to the data controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
