It is possible to strengthen team spirit despite long physical distances. Remote team development with Teamr was a good solution for Telia.

Today he is at Northvolt, but until the beginning of 2022 Magnus Grönblad worked with self-leadership and team development at Telia. What are the benefits of digital team building?
Virtual team building exercises are important for anyone working remotely. It helps employees build new relationships, perhaps across borders, and feel like a team - even though it's generally harder digitally. When everyone feels safe and positive, efficiency increases. Working online in a time-efficient way
- It is both costly and not easy to take an entire team of scheduled staff from, for example, customer service and retail out of service for a full day. Teamr is a very good alternative. - We fully launched Teamr in early 2021 when it was available in all our languages. We used it in my team of twelve people from five countries and I can honestly say, based on my experience in team development, that we would not have developed the way we did, without Teamr. - Given the times we're in now, where we don't always see each other physically, the arguments for using Teamr are very strong. It's time efficient, cost efficient and you don't have to travel, which also makes it environmentally positive.
